1.Dark

  Really unique at the same time weird show  it is really enjoyable . If u liked stranger things even a tiny bit u will love this especially  if u love dark themed series. I really enjoyed this one although it is in German even with subtitles it is really good.It is really well made all the characters are really unique in itself and with the time travel and the twisted family plot it really pulls u in as u can not expect what comes next.

2. Money heist

This show does not need any praise as it itself is a really commendable and good acted show which is already popular around the world . It is a crime/thriller/drama genre  .Even though it is a spanish show that doesn't  make it any less interesting . The characters in this show are really solid it already ended its 4th season with a cliffhanger so people are already waiting eagerly for the next season with high expectation waiting for what will come next.

3. Coupling

Now if you are in a mood to watch something different after heavy drama and thriller of above 2 shows, it is the perfect show. Everyone know friends but this hidden gem is really on par with friends . It is a british sitcom with same plot as friends but it is british u will see a totally different kind of humor as compared to friends.

This show is really filled with humour and comedy at its best. Charlie Sheen is really funny in this with his quick humour and womanizer ways he took this show to a whole new level. But after he quit this show it was not that good but that's just my opinion so see for yourself.

This show shows how a writer who is a sex addict go through life and how his relationship with his wife changes through the course of this series. Will he be able to change his ways for the love of his life and his daughter? this Show has a lot to offer, ups and downs in these characters lives will keep you hooked till the end.

Coupling

This is a British sitcom masterpiece. It has the humour and comedy which will make you giggle and laugh throughout the show. The relationship between characters and their uniqueness keep this show entertaining without a dull moment.It has an openness that you expect from a British show.

When it comes to building an impressive upper body, the Trapezius muscles are, in my opinion, one of those muscles that really make a difference in your physique. Unfortunately though, they can be a little tricky to develop. To me, the best traps workout will focus not only on size but also on the shape of the muscle. It’s one thing to get big traps, but it’s another to build well shaped & defined traps — it takes a combo of both mass and definition.

One thing to keep in mind though, is that you don’t want to over-develop your traps if you shoulders and chest are lagging far behind. The key to shaping a good physique is balance and proportions.

Having said that though, if the traps are one of your personal favorites, then go for it — build them slightly more than the other muscles if that’s what you want to really stand out. Either way, this traps workout is going to get the job done — it’s up to you how much you decide to work them.

Developing The Traps Muscles

To me, good trap muscles are not too bulky but they are tall and have a good cut where they meet the shoulders. When you think of a guy with tall traps you can picture him having a shape almost like a kite if you combine his trap muscles with his lats.

Looking at the back, you should be able to see good definition not only from the back of the head to the outer shoulders, but also you can see form the diagram that the trapezius muscle extends to even the middle of your back.

The harder to develop portion of the traps is the part of the muscle that everyone likes though — the top part.

An Overview Of The Traps Exercises

What most people think of when you talk about a traps workout is doing a lot of shrugs. They do have a place among some of the best traps exercises, but I wouldn’t rank them at the top of the list.

If you want to build tall traps that have that hanging look then it’s going to take more than just shrugs. Here are the exercises we’ll use for in our traps workout that will create tall and defined trap

• Flared lateral raises – This is an awesome twist on an already effective traps exercise. Using dumbbells, perform a traditional lateral raise but with your traps flared (or rotated) forward. You can do this by concentrating on pushing your shoulder blades back.

• Traps push-ups – Great to work the entire trap muscle. Think of a pushup, but instead of your hands on the floor, put your entire forearm down. When it comes time to push, use your back and push through your elbows and forearms. This seems easy at first but you’ll feel your traps working. Try putting a weight plate on your back if you feel you need to.
• Shrug swing – I like this exercise because it’s similar to a traditional front raise but with this slight tweak it works the lats a bit better. Holding a kettleball or weight in both hands and with your legs spread a bit wider than your shoulders, swing the weight (controlled) out in front of you and really try to shrug at the top of the motion.
• Upright row – I realize that this isn’t new or even out of the box, but it is an effective exercise to build big traps. When doing these though, concentrate on pulling up with the traps and avoid cheating by leaning forward or backward.

Creating a Traps Workout With These Exercises

Since the traps are fairly hard to build, at least at first, the best traps workout should consist of sets and reps that build large and solid traps. When training for both size and definition, it’s usually best to use heavy weights — you need to be careful while doing these exercises and remember form is much more important — and higher sets of medium to lower reps. I generally like to do a total of 20 sets of 5-8 reps.

• Flared lateral raises – 5 sets of 5-8 reps
• Traps push ups – 5 sets of 5-8 reps
• Shrug swing- 5 sets of 5-8 reps
• Upright row – 5 sets of 5-8 reps

A Warning About Working Out Your Traps

Where are the rotating shrugs? Honestly, I wasn’t going to put those on the list anyway because I just do not get good results from them. While doing some research on the trapezius muscles and looking around to see what others do for their traps workout, 

 Not only do rotating shrugs not produce the kind of results that other trap exercises produce, but they greatly increase your risk of injury. If you are doing this, stop it.

Riding on Chris Gayle’s unbeaten knock of 128 off 62 balls and then a brilliant bowling performance helped Royal Challengers Bangalore to beat Delhi Daredevils by 21 runs to keep their playoff hopes alive on Thursday.
 The Feroz Shah Kotla crowd got the worth of their money by some blazing batting by both sides. Ross Taylor and Andre Russell’s late surge gave Delhi a chance for a win, but Bangalore well led by Virat Kohli managed to pick up wickets at regular intervals to leave them at 194 for 9. For Bangalore, Zaheer Khan took 3 for 38, Prasanth Parameswaran claimed 3 for 30 and Vinay Kumar chipped in with 2 for 35.
Chasing a huge total of 216, Delhi’s hope rested on David Warner (15), who started with two successive boundaries off Tillakaratne Dilshan, but in the second over Zaheer had the better of him. Warner trying to pull one short delivery off Zaheer loses his bat while playing the shot and the ball balloons to mid-off.
 After that youngster Unmukt Chand (18) showed some spark by hitting two fours and a six, but then perished in the fifth over to Vinay Kumar. However, Bangalore continued to take wickets at regular intervals to keep Delhi on the back foot in their chase.
 Coming on to bowl his first over, left-arm pace bowler Parameswaran induces an edge off Jayawardene (9) and AB de Villiers does the rest. When Taylor arrived at the crease he got into action straightaway and with Venugopal Rao tried to repair the innings. But Rao (36) couldn’t resist a tossed up ball from Muttiah Muralitharan and played straight down the throat of Harshal Patel at long-off.
 With Taylor going ballistic in the middle overs that definitely gave Bangalore some scare, who made a quick-fire 55 off 25 balls which included seven fours and two sixes. Until Taylor was out there in the middle, Delhi sensed an outside chance of sneaking in a win but the fall of Taylor in the 17th over ended all hopes.
 Earlier, Mahela Jayawardene made the mistake by asking Bangalore to bat and from then it was all Gayle show. The big West Indian batsman was in different mood at Kotla as he slammed an unbeaten 128 of 62 balls which was studded with 13 sixes and seven fours to take the visiting team to a mammoth 215 for 1.
 Jayawardene who was in charge of Delhi in the absence of Virender Sehwag was at his wit’s end how to control Gayle. At the start, Gayle took some time to settle down and played 17 balls for his first 10 runs, but after that he got 90 in just 35 balls.
 With Kohli (73 not out), Gayle put up a 204-run stand to go into the record books as the highest partnership in this season of IPL. Kohli looked in great touch and his unbeaten knock included 10 fours and one six.
 All the Delhi bowlers went for runs and they surely missed the services of Morne Morkel, who was rested. Varun Aaron was the only successful bowler for Delhi, who claimed the lone wicket of Tillakaratne Dilshan (10) caught at mid-on by Irfan Pathan.
 Delhi failed to put on brakes on Gayle whirlwind, as the left-handed batsman scored three sixes off Pathan and Pawan Negi, as Bangalore plundered 78 runs in the last five overs.
